1. THE HOME INSPECTION - WHAT IS INCLUDED IN IT?

A two or more hour inspection of the home that includes a non-destructive survey of the following systems:

• Structure - exterior, interior, attic, basement and crawl space
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Heating
• Air condition

Checking for:

• Water problems
• Wood rot and other damage
• Termites
• General condition of all interior and exterior surfaces
• Equipment condition and operation.

Termite inspection with a Certified Report - A 1 Year Service Agreement is available for an additional charge.

You will have to attend the inspection. The inspector will discuss and explain his finding during the inspection. You will then have deeper level of understanding and comfort at the end of the inspection.

You will receive

• A verbal summary a the end of the inspection
• One copy of the written report will be emailed to you and one copy will be also be sent to you via priority mail
• The written report will be 40 to 50 pages long (Plus attachments). It will also be a reference and maintenance guide for years to come.
