The inspection report is very detailed. It is very useful to have a problem area or maintenance issue identified and have a solution or recommendation to fix or maintain the issue. It is great for a first time home buyer to use the report as a guide and properly maintain your home.

We've only used United Inspection Consultants. Frank V. Libero has done 3 home inspections for us. Compared to inspectors used by friends, Frank is much more thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. At our last inspection he detected a mold problem that was overlooked by an inspector who had just inspected the same house. At an on-site consultation, he picked up on a gas leak in our play room.
